- How to ordering articles?
To order an article you want, you just click on the shown pictures, make a choice for the size/color and add it to your shopping basket. The shopping basket is in the upper right corner of your screen.
After that you can always proceed with shopping. Once you decided to order the article, you click on the shopping basket. A form will appear containing an overview of chosen articles. Finally you will be guided to the e-cash register in 3 steps.

- Is it possible to view the articles?
It is only possible to view by appointment.
- How do I know if an item is in stock?
- All products in stock, see "Direct Available" below.
- The latest products are often already in the webshop, but are sometimes not immediately available. Of course you can buy the product (pre-order). Delivery time 3-14 business days.
- What are the shipping costs?
Depending of country where you live we charge you costs for postage and administration. The costs are including VAT.
- Delivery in the Netherlands:
With the mailbox post € 3,95 with the track & trace code.
The postage € 6,95 with the track & trace code.
- Delivery in Belgium/Germany:
The postage € 11,- with the track & trace code.
How do I track my package?
Through the track and trace of the PostNL you can track the package.
- My order has not been delivered after 14 days, what now?
It may be that the delivery will take longer than 14 day's. If it takes longer than two weeks, we encourage you to contact us.
